I couldn’t resist posting - especially since his latest outpouring is about “fame”..
..on my very first trip to London I literally was face to face with Stephen Fry within seconds of leaving the train….ermm…..thats it really.
but THEN I subsequently met Adrian Clark…so the Stephen Fry story is of total insignificance!!!!!

Exactly. I mean, what would you rather have… a thoroughly scintillating evening of intelligent conversation, humour and bonhomie with Stephen Fry, or a few pints with me?

Well…the “few pints” seems a long time ago now!
We’ll have to get down to the Robin Hood again soon I say!!!!
…and OF COURSE I would prefer the pints!!! unless it was a couple of pints with Stephen Fry!!!!!!!!!..what the hell would I do then!!
